Without a will your assets may not be inherited by those you wish to benefit. To ensure that your family are properly provided for and that you control the destination of your assets after your death, you need to make a will.

With a will you choose the people that you wish to administer your estate and the people you wish to be responsible for your children. We may even be able to help you avoid tax.

How much will it cost me?

• £125 for a single Will (plus VAT).
• £175 for a pair of mirror Wills (plus VAT) - where spouses or partners make almost identical Wills.
• £350 for a pair of mirror Wills to include a nil-rate band Discretionary Trust (plus VAT).
